Trust and Repair Process
How SES Automations Diagnoses, Repairs and Tests Industrial Electronics
A clear process for maintenance teams, OEMs, and purchase managers who need reliable repair decisions, not guesswork.
Incoming Check
Incoming units are checked for physical damage, contamination, power-stage short, PCB burn marks, and connector condition before repair approval.
Fault Isolation
The fault is separated into power, control, feedback, display, communication, memory, or machine-side risk wherever possible.
Component Repair
Repairs are performed at component level where practical, including power devices, gate drive, SMPS, feedback, memory, communication, and display sections.
Bench Testing
Units are tested with suitable benches, signal simulation, load checks, and extended observation based on equipment type and risk.
Commercial Decision
For obsolete or production-critical equipment, SES can advise repair, replacement, or repair plus standby spare based on lead time and risk.
Warranty Handling
Warranty terms depend on equipment type, repair scope, operating condition, and whether the connected machine-side fault has been corrected.
Information That Speeds Up Diagnosis
- Brand name and exact model number or MPN.
- Fault code, alarm text, LED status, or machine symptom.
- Application details such as spindle, axis, pump, conveyor, robot, or panel power.
- Whether the motor, encoder, wiring, load, and incoming supply were checked.
- Urgency, production impact, and whether replacement is also required.
