  • Diagnosis: Incoming units are checked for physical damage, contamination, power-stage short, PCB burn marks, and connector condition before repair approval.
  • Component Repair: Repairs are performed at component level where practical, including power devices, gate drive, SMPS, feedback, memory, communication, and display sections.
  • Testing: Units are tested with suitable benches, signal simulation, load checks, and extended observation based on equipment type and risk.
  • Warranty: Warranty terms depend on equipment type, repair scope, operating condition, and whether the connected machine-side fault has been corrected.
