1. The Intelligent Power Module (IPM) in the drive has detected an error (over-current or overheat).
2. Short circuit in motor output.
3. Drive failure.
Recommended Solution
- Check motor wiring for shorts.
- Check if the motor is overheated.
- Disconnect motor and cycle power; if error 14.1 remains, the drive is defective. Replace the drive.
